Is a MAGA Sheriff Threatening Your California County?
I do not think Trump supporters are stupid. They have a variety of reasons for steadfastly and unquestionably supporting him notwithstanding his numerous moral and character flaws and despite his many policy failures.
Some may support him because we had a booming economy and a record-breaking stock market.
Some, because he has allegedly “made America great again” – albeit the American landscape is not that “great” these days.
Some, because he is building that “great, beautiful” wall and keeping so many “fureigners” out of America.
I am sure there are a dozen more reasons – some good, some not so good.
I have my inklings but the only ones who know for sure are his supporters.
A post shared by a friend on Facebook – the founder of which believes strongly that “Facebook shouldn’t be the arbiter of truth of everything that people say online” – asks the (rhetorical) question: “Why Do Liberals Think Trump Supporters Are Stupid?”
The original post is dated April 19, before we reached that tragic , coronavirus deaths “milestone;” before George Floyd cried out “I can’t breathe;” before our cities were burning
